Most of us feel that we're too old & just can't seem to get a hold on That vim & vigor that we once had . Sadly its true and its too bad , but not if we just realize that all we need is excercise. Hey, wait a minute, that's not true we need to back from the table too! Actually, we can eat our fill and be as fit as we can be still. Excercising is the key. Do it each day and you'll see. You'll feel much better and look better too And get vim & vigor back into you. Exercise, excercise more beneficial than you realize. So come on folks move to the beat!
